Based on a versatile concept, this type of crane is flexible. Rolled profile sections or welded box-type girders as jibs and travelling rope or chain hoists ensure safe handling of your loads.
The main components of a jib crane are the followings:
- the column, made by a rolled profile section, welded where required.
- the jib, usually made by a standard structural shape.
- The foundation, built by reinforced concrete and connected to the column by the anchor bolts, assures the right stability in all possible working conditions.
The rotation of the jib can be carried out by hands or, better, by an electrical motor controlled by an ergonomically designed control pendant. The rotation of the jib can reach 360°.
